All three major shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, and USPS) are currently experiencing some delays in transit and have temporarily suspended their service guarantees for both ground AND air (expedited) shipments because of the increase in shipping demand due to COVID. This means that the carriers will not allow a claim to be filed for a delayed shipment.

We are letting our customers know so that they are aware of the situation and can make the best choice possible in deciding on when to have their order ship (taking into consideration temperatures while in transit, possible delivery delays, etc.)

Our website offers a variety of shipping options through FedEx and USPS Priority Mail. We also offer shipping via a regional carrier at reduced rates to street addresses in the following states: Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin, as well as to select locations within Michigan, Missouri, and Nebraska. When feasible, we will switch carriers in these locations and pass the savings on to you.

If you have a time-sensitive order requiring expedited services, we recommend calling us at 800-792-6220.

LTL shipping options are also available for large orders shipping within the U.S. and Canada and can be quoted upon request.

We also offer shipping of tools to select international locations (we do not ship spawn outside the U.S. and Canada). Please contact us via email or by phone for shipping costs and to place international orders.

If you'd like to place an order by phone or have questions, our business hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CT. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, as well as mailed money orders and personal checks (US funds only). If using a check/money order, please call us first to place the order so that we can give you an order total and number. Your order will be sent when your payment is received. Catalog and online pricing are subject to change without notice. Although our goal is to deliver the highest quality spawn and supplies in a timely manner, spawn is a biological product and may need to be grown, so it may not be immediately available for shipment.

Hawaii orders require an import permit from the Hawaii Department of Agriculture. Permits can be mailed or emailed to Field and Forest Products.
