Pholiota microspora

Nameko produces beautiful orange mushrooms on clusters on many different species of woods. This mushroom has a gelatinous cap while growing that disappears once cooked. Nameko is strictly a fall fruiter appearing only when the temperatures hover in the 50s.

Indoor incubation temperature:
50-60° F. Spawn run will occur outdoors at temperatures above 50° F.
