Strain | Jupiter Shiitake

Lentinula edodes

Jupiter shiitake tend to be the first shiitake mushroom to make an appearance in the spring, and the last shiitake to fruit in the fall of the year. Jupiter produces exceptionally large mushrooms that make the longer spawn run worth the wait. Jupiter shiitake do not respond to force-fruiting.
