Halo™ shiitake have a longer spawn run time, but you are rewarded with mushrooms of exceptional quality. This strain holds up well to indoor incubation and production, but has a strong outdoor presence as well. Halo shiitake respond best to force-fruiting in the fall of the year.

Fruiting temperature range:
50-80° F
Indoor incubation temperature:
50-60° F. Spawn run will occur outdoors at temperatures above 45° F.
