Lentinula edodes
Bulochka™ shiitake fruits best in temperatures just under 80°F and does exceptionally well in locations with high humidity. This round, uniform mushroom naturally fruits in the spring of the year and responds best to force-fruiting once logs have reached full maturity (18-24 months).

50-80° F
Indoor incubation temperature:
50-60° F. Spawn run will occur outdoors at temperatures above 45° F.
