BBQ Pulled King Oyster
If you're looking for a vegetarian (or even vegan) pulled "pork", look no further. This simple method creates an easy pulled King recipe.
1lb. King Oyster
1/4c . Olive Oil
Salt, Pepper, and BBQ sauce to taste
Shred King Oyster down the length of the stem - use the whole mushroom! Toss in olive oil and roast at 425 until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes. You're aiming for the shreds to get crispy, but not burnt. Once the mushrooms are to your desired crisp, remove from oven and toss in your favorite BBQ sauce.
Serve immediately.
