This hands-on workshop will teach you how to make kombucha, yogurt and kefir. You'll also have the opportunity to taste how delicious homemade and fresh versions really are.
We will start with steeping delicious reishi tea to make the kombucha. Next we'll demonstrate how to use live kefir grains to make healthy kefir. Finally, we will strain previously fermented milk to make fresh, creamy yogurt. This workshop includes kombucha and kefir making kits, including the kombucha and the transformative SCOBY cultures, live kefir grains, and yogurt culture. You'll go home with your kombucha tea to ferment it at home, as well as fresh kefir grains and yogurt culture to make your own yogurt at home.
