They do not really taste like chocolate, but put their beautiful, rich dark caps in a beribboned chocolate box and you might convince someone! This strain produces medium sized, round, almost glossy capped mushrooms. Long spawn run. Fruits naturally late in the fall. Saute the caps, serve over toasted French bread with a glass of red wine. Make sure to have chocolate for dessert!
