Recommended for those who want to inoculate larger quantities of logs. Although less expensive than our other types of spawn, sawdust spawn requires a slightly more involved inoculation procedure. This kit includes enough certified organic Shiitake spawn (5.5 lbs.) to inoculate 25 logs, approx. 40" long by 4" diameter, a 12mm drill bit with stop collar, 2.5 lbs. of wax, 4 wax daubers, 25 aluminum log tags, a dual inoculation tool, instructions and a recipe card.
