For 25 years we have been producing mushrooms and mushroom spawn, working with gardeners and commercial growers alike to achieve abundant and high-quality harvests.
We are a small, family-rooted company, carefully hand picking everything from spawn for growers to mushrooms on logs. We are committed to small-scale, organic mushroom production because mushrooms grown on natural materials with careful attention to detail are inherently organic.

Once again, we are hosting the Spring Cultivation Workshop for mushroom growers - and potential mushroom growers! To accomodate everyone interested, we are holding the same workshop three times this spring. Come to beautiful Peshtigo, Wisconsin, and learn about growing your own flavorful mushrooms.
