The log inoculation season is winding down quickly and we would like to thank all of our customers for their support this year. We hope you have a fruitful season! To those still trying to get the task done, please contact us for spawn availability. We are out of most shiitake spawn types and varieties as inventories are planned months in advance and our projections fell short of demand. We will continue to produce Oyster grain and sawdust spawn as well as Wine Cap through the summer months. Please contact us for current inventory and shipping times.
Sincerely,
Joe, Mary Ellen and the rest of the staff
